Luiz Rossi has an extensive track record in M&A, corporate finance and banking. He was the executive director of corporate banking at BBVA and corporate director of BCN and Banco Nacional. He was responsible for managing credit analysis, structured transactions, coordinating diverse teams and commercial relationships with large corporations in numerous market segments. He was also a consultant at Accenture specializing in strategy for technology, communications and telecom sectors. He has extensive knowledge of operations in a diverse number of sectors and industries. Academically, he was professor of finance at the undergraduate program at USP and lectured MBA courses at USP and FGV. He served for five years as a teacher fot in-company courses and MBA at IBMEC. Luiz Rossi holds a postdoctoral and PhD degree from FEA-USP, Masters in Finance from FGV, post graduate degree in finance from IBMEC and FGV and Vanzolini. He graduated in Agronomic Engineering from ESALQ-USP. He serves as director of the Professional Risk Managers International Association and is a member of the Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital (ABVCAP). He is the author of the book “Handbook of Private Equity and Venture Capital” by Atlas Press.
Pedro Thomazoni has developed his professional career over 25 years in capital markets, private equity, fixed income, risk and managing equity portfolios of the banks where he worked. He was managing director at Lloyds TSB Plc, senior partner at Latin Finance, director at Banco Votorantim and Citibank NA. He was responsible for developing strategic planning, implementing corporate structure and governance, and operational improvements in the portfolio companies. He has graduated in Economics at USP, with a specialization in International Capital Markets from Oxford University (UK).
Luis Schiriak has a solid track record including experience as VP of Finance or CFO at Eurofarma Laboratórios, Copersucer S.A., Grupo Votorantim (Holding), Claro, Paranapamena and C&A Modas. He has worked at Schlumberger Ltd. occupying many financial positions in Venezuela, Indonesia and Paris. Initiated his career as an auditor at Enst & Young in Rio de Janeiro and Hartford – Connecticut – USA. Has a Bachelor degree in Accounting by the University of Buenos Aires – Argentina with specialization at Harvard Busines School and IBGC – Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. He is an active member of the Board of Directors in many companies in Brazil and abroad. Currently he presides the board of directors of the IBEF – Institute of Brazilian Financial Executives.
Thiago Stockler Graduated in Business Administration at FEA-USP, with specialization in Finance at University of Pardubice – Czech Republic. Professional experience at Louis Dreyfus Commodities, where he gathered experience in areas like commodity trading, financial planning, treasury, and risk. At EP Capital, he advises companies to attract strategic and financial investors and develops relationships with national and global investors. Recently founded a startup related to ticket selling for entertainement events.
